...The SAS Radissonhotel in Dusseldorf is one of the city's premier hotels. The hotel is located an Golzheimer Platz half way between the city centre and the Messe, or exhibition hall. The hotel is also conveniently located on the tram line which makes access to the convention centre and the city very easy. It is only a fifteen minute taxi drive from the airport. The hotel boasts two restaurants as well as a swimming pool and well equipped gym, for those who want to make use of the facilities. Advantages: Charming and unique hotel with wonderful Gautemalan artifacts and ambiance (a home away from home) run by delightful people. Disadvantages: None
...experience when I stayed there! Last, the Posada Belen is very reasonably priced (a fraction of what I would have paid if I stayed in a major chain hotel).
When booking the Posada Belen, I mentioned in an email that I wanted to take a tour around Guatemala. Francesca and René responded that they could arrange a week's tour for me (the Guatemala Classic Tour), which was truly wonderful. It was a comprehensive tour of Lake Atitlan, Antigua and Tikal. The tour was very flexible and was arranged according to my schedule and my needs, and it was always with small groups of people. The hotels on the tour were all excellent. Additionally, they arranged airport transfers and for a taxi to take me to the 2 best museums in GuatemalaCity.
I will definitely...

One of our guests was a member of Radisson Gold Card club, and it allowed her to choose a day when someone can stay in the hotel for free. So it was a perfect wedding present for us.
We arrived past midnight and it turned out that we were expected (we still wore our wedding gowns). The staff congratulated us and led to our room. It was a double with the most pererable view of location: old city across the river. What's more, we received a wedding present from Radisson too: a bottle of Freixenet on ice and a card.
After a wonderful "first night" in there we went for a breakfast in American Cafe, and our "best men" came to share...
