This is a review of Radisson Ambassador hotel in Condado, San Juan in the island of Puerto Rico. I have just visited this beautiful island on a short vacation - I was there for 5 days. The flight from New York was about 4 hours.
The First Impression:
When I first arrived in Condado which is a hotel area of the city of San Juan on the north part of the coast, I was a little dissapointed. The neighbourhood of the hotel looked a bit dingy and run down. I took a short walk to the beach which is a block away and the street was dirty, old rusty cars parked on the street - you get the picture. The beach turned out to be tiny, nothing to shout about.
The hotel however, I was impressed with. It was clean and looked well taken care of.

The hotel is hard to miss in downtown Oslo. With its 37 floors it is Norway's biggest hotels and one of the tallest building in Oslo (if not the tallest). The location is not bad at?if you arrive at Oslo Central Station after taking the Airport Express train it only takes about 5 minutes walk to get to the hotel. I think it is the only Norwegian hotel that I have been to that has a international feel when you walk into the reception: there are bell boys in fancy red uniforms, flat screen TV's showing news, bars etc. The check in was fast when we were there even if the hotel was quite busy in connection with the Nobel Peace Price preparations. The Victoria Park Plaza in London is an amazing hotel that has very comfortable, quality rooms and staff who are friendly and professional. The best thing about The Victoria Park Plaza is that it is in a prime position just two minutes from Victoria Station and an easy walk to some of London's main attractions. I found it perfect for shopping and buying souvenirs. There were also quite a number of restaurants close by and my mum who cannot walk far didn't complain once. Although we ate at the hotel we also sampled London's China Town.
It is a four star hotel and lives up to the standard. It is situated close to Buckingham Palace, Harrods, Westminster Abbey and Houses of Parliament.
