Nestled in the heart of the beautiful coastal city of Bodo, the Radisson SAS Hotel is in the harbour area and offers magnificent views. Close to major attractions and the shopping district, our hotel is only 2 kilometres from the airport and railway station. Free Broadband including wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel. Guests can enjoy the shopping centre, hairdresser, beauty salon and spa in the hotel building. The hotel offers 190 rooms and suites, all equipped to a very high standard and furnished in four different themes. You can choose from British, Scandinavian, Japanese or Chinese design style rooms depending upon your taste and mood. Non-smoking rooms and rooms for disabled guests are available upon request. Free Broadband including wireless Internet access is available in all guestrooms and public areas. Just use your name and room number to log on to the Internet from anywhere in the hotel. Pizzakjeller\\\'n is Bodo\\\'s most popular restaurant with a menu that offers more than just pizza. Top 12 Rooftop Bar is a fantastic place to get a drink and take in the view, almost as far as Lofoten Islands on a clear day.
...This hotel lives up to the name of radissonsashotels.
I stayed at the hotel for one night and it was very comfortable, ensuite rooms complete with complimentary toiletries.
mini bar is well stocked and the beds are very comfy.
breakfast is of a buffet style with plenty of options cooked irish breakfast to cereals and juice.
the staff are very pleasant and it is in a handy location close to the bus and train stations.
It is close to the centre of Galway and is an ideal basis for the arts festival or the races.
The hotel has a large bar area and an outside decking area. It is also has a nightclub but you cannot hear it from the rooms.
the hotel is family friendly but not usually in the price market for them....

...OVERVIEW
I just did a search on Ciao and noticed that there were no reviews for the RadissonSAShotel in Co. Limerick in the Republic of Ireland and so I thought I would share my own personal experiences of the hotel in the hope that it will help others that are thinking of staying at the hotel, or at least help give a more informed opinion.
When I booked to stay at the Radisson Co. Limerick in September 2007 it was advertised as a 4 star hotel on each of the websites that I looked at. I see that Ciao is now listing it as a 3 star hotel which has prompted me to write this.
HOTEL BOOKING
As with all international hotels the RadissonSAS chain offers a useful website that details each of the hotels in the chain, provides some pictures and virtual tours of various parts of the buildings. It’s possible to view room amenities...

...We stayed at the RadissonSASHotel Beijing for 6 nights on our travel to Beijing in March 2003. We stayed there from march 15th.
The hotel itself doesn’t have a great location. It is located next to ring 3 on the northeast of Beijing. But this was not really a big issue because there were always taxis outside the hotel and it was easy to get into the center of town. It cost about 20-30 RMB to take the taxi into Tiananmen square. It is also possible to take the subway to get around. First you have to walk for about 15 minutes to get to Liufang station. From here you can get to the loop line and then switch to Line 1.
The lobby of the hotel is standard. On the second floor you will find the breakfast restaurant but there is also another restaurant called ”the grill” if I’m not mistaken. We only tried out the breakfast place...

This weekend just gone me and the missus thought we'd go off on a short break in London. We chose the SAS Portman Hotel since its location was fab and the price fell within our budget of £300 for 2 nights. We had heard only good things about this one so... more
This review of the hotel will be a bit limited as I only stayed there for one night in April 2007. I arrived late in the evening and left early in the morning so this is merely my impression of the room and check in/check out.

I have just returned from a short skiing holiday to Norway where our party of 8 (4 Adults and 4 Children) stayed in this wonderful hotel. Our accommodation was half board. The rooms were comfortable, with private bath or shower, WC, mini-bar, cable TV... more
