The hotel is located on the outskirts of the town of Limavady, about 20 miles from the city of Derry, & about 60 miles from Belfast. It is located beside the end of the new Limavady ... ...signposted well from the town itself.
The hotel is located along a windy long road, which takes you past the golf course. The hotel itself is a collection of buildings all enclosed in a walled garden. The hotel complex consists of the actual hotel, the spa building, a restaurant, a grill bar and the gold facilities. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the town of Limavady, about 20 miles from the city of Derry, & about 60 miles from Belfast. It is located beside the end of the new Limavady bypass, so is easy to find. It is also signposted well from the town itself.

The hotel complex consists of the actual hotel, the spa building, a restaurant, a grill bar and the gold facilities. The hotel itself is massive with a bar area off to the side of the main reception with lots of big squashy sofas, and the reception area is light & airy with large chandileers.
The room was spacious, with the usual facilities such as tea & coffee making facilities, TV with limited sky channels, en suite bathroom with load of gorgeous smelling toiletries & lots of fluffy towels. The bed was also big & bouncy with lots of pillows. It was also very clean.
The spa area did live up to the photos, in a building that reminded me of a church, with lots of exposed beams. There is a jacuzzi, pool area, steam room and sauna within this complex. Towels are free.
The only let down was the breakfast. It was a buffet, but the fruit was hard & almost inedbile, and the cooked breakfast wasn't cooked enough. Apart from this, it was an overall good experience. We ate in the grill bar on the Saturday night, & the food was really nice.
Our room for the night, including breakfast cost £85.00. It was expensive, but the hotel and the overall service was well worth the money.
