This is a wonderful hotel at the Red Sea resort of Taba, in Egypt. The hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere, so there is nothing to do but relax in the sun, swim in the pool, eat, drink and be pampered. And this is the place to do it.
I stayed on an all-inclusive basis in February 2004. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The food was excellent, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel could not be faulted.
The towels and bed linen were changed every day. If we took a shower during the day, the towels were changed again.
The entertainment was poor, but by the time we'd enjoyed a long leisurely meal over a few glasses of wine, we were happy to sip a coffee on the terrace before taking a stroll along the beach, then retiring.
The hotel is on a lovely stretch of beach which is kept loevly and clean. The sea was warm and calm and I enjoyed many hours snorkelling along the reef.
If you are looking for a relaxing break this hotel is definitely to be recommended.
