Rain Bar is a relatively new bar in Manchester opposite the Pevril of the Peak pub. Whether you are just looking for somewhere different for lunch, or a bar call during your night out, Rain Bar offers an interesting alternative to the more crowded bars of Canal Street or Castlefield.
At lunchtime you can enjoy a quick bite with some of these delicious hot and cold sandwiches or have a rather more substantial lunch with choices ranging from Thai ... ...the lock.
At night, Rain Bar still serves good food, but the bar becomes very busy as it’s a good stepping stone between other places. The decor is warehouse / minimalist (wooden floors, pillars, beams, etc of a mill type) and as the bar is on two floors, there is somewhere to relax away from the more crowded ground floor.
Rain Bar also offers conferencing facilities (meeting room on the second floor) which appear to be very good.
