We went one Sunday afternoon a few weeks ago when we were in London for a weekend break.

We had booked a table for 2.30 but still had to wait 45 mins before being seated. The decor is lovely - jungle with animals and noises etc but spoiled by the tables being far too closely packed.

The service was very slow and the food was only lukewarm when it arrived. I also think £9.95 for a childs meal is pushing it a bit. My two both chose pizza and it was about the size of a saucer and was made with far too much tomato paste and topped with CHEDDAR cheese not mozzarella so not even a proper pizza in their eyes. Neither of them ate it as the cheese was too strong. Fries out of a packet and £1.95 for a small drink and ice cream in a tub. £12 per child extortionate for what they got.
Adult meals also expensive and tastleless but we weren't really there for us.

Service poor and a bill of £60+ for grotty food and not much entertainment - what can I say. The place was absolutely packed so they must make a fortune for very little outlay.

On the whole very disappointed with whole experience, we've been now and won't repeat. Would not recommend, plenty of other places with better children's facilities and entertainment, attentive staff and good food.

We've learned a lesson - don't go on old reviews. I think they're resting on their laurels and being just a little too greedy and cutting too many corners.

I've walked past it often enough and looked at the toys too but have yet to be tempted to try the food. A wee bit too expensive.
