First of all i have to say i am a complainer - i will always find fault if there is one to be found but after trying very hard to find fault with this restaurant there was absolutely none to be found
We had a table booked at 2pm we went straight down - not before being asked about food allergies which i have
as you walk downstairs (which i hasten to add, you want to do slowly as there is so much to see hidden in the flora and fauna ) you have the sound of the rainforest and actual rain falling like curtains of rain - you cannot see the walls and ceiling for plants and fun animatronic animals which were fantastic- from the cheeky parrots as my daughter called them to the gorillas and hidden in the ceiling a leopard, elephants to name but a few
the atmosphere is amazing ! the staff were brilliant and we were looked after very well - they adapted my food for my allergies which was fantastic! very well cooked and it was very nice seeing a menu which was versatile and had not only the standard food you would expect to see but also foods slightly out of the ordinary with some very fun names
my daughter ordered a burger which she always orders and then never eats - here she ate the whole thing ! so it must have been good!
the staff were extremely good with my daughter and welcomed her as if she was as important as the adults which she is but so many restaurants fail to realise this!
The thunderstorm feature was fantastic with the sounds and the light effects - children and not just my own stopped and starred at the ceiling and watched in amazement !
The photos on their website look great but doesnt do the real thing justice !
The toilets were extremely clean in fact every time we visited there was someone there cleaning constantly
we were not rushed and the food came out at jsut the right time temperature etc
we cant wait to go back and will definately be our regular london place to visit ! it should be on everyones list of places to visit in london -even if you arent a child! but lets face it there is one of those in all of us ;)

Hi, welcome to Ciao. Other than a brief mention of a burger, you haven't mentioned what kind of food they serve here. Fi

Welcome to Ciao! Your review content was very helpful, although I was put off a little by the lack of capital letters in appropriate places. Some people would appreciate information about prices ~ for instance, is there an entrance fee or do you just pay for food? And how expensive is the range? I have never heard of this place ~ is it easy to get to? And what about accessibility to disabled visitors? or directions via public transport?
