Advantages: Clean spacious rooms Disadvantages: Customer service levels lets the hotel down
...The Ramada Encore in Bournemouth is a well placed hotel within walking distance of numerous bars and restaurants as well as the beach and surroundings attractions. At the time of writing there are over 70 Ramada hotels in the UK.
ARRIVAL AND CHECK IN
The hotel was easy enough to spot from the main road as it has a large sign in front to indicate its presence. We drove into the car park at the rear of the hotel and managed to find a parking space. There were also guest parking spaces at the front of the hotel and underground parking available with a lift to bring you up to reception. The car park has around 80 spaces.
We were able to enter the hotel through the rear entrance and went to reception which was just a few yards away. There were two sets of people checking in but we didn?t have to wait as one set had just...

Advantages: Clean hotel and very friendly staff Disadvantages: Not up to 5* status

...OMG...where do we start, well at the beginning is a logical place. OK this was our second trip to Egypt, all beit our first to Sharm El Sheikh, our first to Taba last year. The first impressions I must admit are scary, the hotel complex is massive. After jumping the queue to book in (VIP's apparantly) we were told our room number and that the bell boys would be bringing our cases so off for a beer whilst we waited. So one (or two) beers later off we trudged through the maze to find our room (20 mins later arrived). That for us was the ONLY down side of this holiday. I cant believe some of the moans that people have made (the sea is too shallow!!!!!!!! what? how can a hotel improve that?). Food is good enough to eat and there is plenty of it, neither of us were bad, yes one or two people did get extremely drunk (but that happens...
