I stayed at the Ramada Hotel and Conference Center, Edmonton, for 18 days in October. The stay was not a comfortable one. The check in counter was lined up upon arrival, and always appears to be lined up. The Elevators are ODD. You never know what will happen when you get in one when it finally shows up at your floor. The beds are hard. I was put on a waiting list for a fridge and in the 18 days never received a fridge. The wireless internet was unstable, sometimes allowing me to hook up, sometimes shutting down in the middle of an email. It advertised as wireless but I had to use the cable the majority of the time. There is only two washers and two dryers (that take up to two hours to dry one load), which seems inadequate for the number of rooms in the hotel. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant are somewhat unprofessional. The games room is always out of tokens or the token machine is broken. The drink machine on every floor requires tokens, the token machine was broken for the majority of the stay. The lounge has posted hours that they do not follow, they are not open when the sign says they are open. The TV internet does not work.
