I booked a car via the internet with Record Car Rentals. We waited over an hour at the airport for someone to collect us. When the Record employee arrived she refused to acknowledge that she was over an hour late. We were then squeezed on to a minibus and told to duck if we saw the police!). We queued for over an hour and were told that we had not prepaid (depsite having printouts clearly showing we had). The staff would not accept our printoffs and simply seemed indifferent to our problem. We finally paid twice (at 10pm stuck in the middle of nowhere!). They did not contact us as promised and didnot answer their phone. However, when we dropped off the car we were told that a refund had been put into our account. No apology!! Other customers also seemed to have different problems. Generally they provided an extremely poor service.
