This Hotel has got to be the best hotel I have ever stayed in, I went with my girlfriend (both 23 at the time) and we completely enjoyed the whole holiday, from the simple things straight through to the important things, I will start from the top.
Rooms:
Our room was very spacious, the bed was huge which was ideal because I could sleep knowing that I won't get an elbow in the face by the Mrs while she is turning in her sleep, we each got a big bedside cabinet which we filled full of our 'undergarments' and our toiletries on top. The bathroom was in the same section as the shower-room but the shower-room was partitioned off a bit by a tiled step so there was never an issue with water getting to the rest of the room. The room came with a safe which was brilliant for obvious reasons (passports, cash etc), and the air-conditioning was an absolute godsend, we got 2 key cards for the room, you need a key card in a slot next to the door for the air-conditioning to work, so we left one in there while we went out for the day, to return to our room being nice and cool.
Staff:
The staff of the hotel and the animation team are what made our holiday the most, everyone who we spoke with and had any dealings with were so polite and were at hand whenever we needed anything at all, and they made us feel like they enjoyed talking to us and nothing was ever a problem, they always had a smile on their face and seemed to put 110% into absolutely everything.
Facilities:
I do not know what the facilities are now but while we were there (2/3 years ago) they were brilliant in my opinion, they have a street (yes in the hotel grounds) which had shops which were full of souvenirs, a convenience shop and a bank. The street led to the main staging area for any shows which had an outside bar and a rounded seating area forming round the stage. The main building of the hotel comprised of the massive reception area which had the biggest Chandelier I've ever seen, a couple of bars (one of which was filled with Plasmas so a lot of the lads were gathered inside watching the football) when we walked through the other side of the foyer, and a staircase going downstairs to the restaurants and the main swimming pools. The hotel having its own
private beach was excellent as you were around people who were staying in your hotel, activities were always happening like beach volleyball and water polo, anybody and everybody could join in the fun. Excursions are also offered and I think we did all but 1, every single one we enjoyed completely, especially the quad biking through the desert.
Food:
All I can say is WOW, the hotel had two A La Carte restaurants you could book into, but the main restaurant was enough for us, everyday there was a lot of choice and I think anybody would have difficulty not finding something they like, from appetisers to desserts the choice was vast.
All in all the holiday was brilliant from start to finish, and I would definitely recommend to anybody.
