Well, when I visited Milan in February, we booked to stay in Hotel Adam about 4 weeks before we went.
We got an offer on the accomodation and paid only £97 for 2 people for 3 nights which I thought was fantastic as this is a 4* hotel.
There weren't many pictures of the hotel and I couldn't find a lot of information on it, we didn't know what to expect - but not a lot for that cost!

This Hotel is rated as 3* according to the 2004 review. However, having stayed in Paris many times, we were well aware when we booked that the number of stars advertised by a hotel often doesn't mean a lot. Never take En Suite for granted, for instance, is rule number 1 when staying on the continent (we've learnt the hard way!!) However, this hotel definately deserved its 3 stars, and would fit the bill of a 3 star hotel in the UK.
We stayed at the Regina Opera for 2 nights in February 2004. The hotel is located in the 10th Arrondissement in an easily accessible location. It's off the main street so it's not too noisy at night, in an area that seems to have a large number of Turkish residents and restaurants. In brief, this was a lovely hotel to stay at- in the heart of Vienna and close to all public transport links. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money.

Rooms:
I had a single room which came with a double bed, TV, wardrobe, shower, safe, minibar, fridge and table.
The room was spacious, had air con and was very clean. I had a fantastic view of the park outside and the only gothic cathedral in Vienna which was right next door. the maid came in every day and the room was cleaned to a high standard. The bed was comfortable and although there was no iron, when requeste it was brought straight up to my room with an ironing board.

There as no PC with internet connection however there was a wreless internet connection in the lobby ...
