    Advantages Advantages Very comfotable. great breakfast

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Very expensive-in New York you pay for location!

    We stayed here in May '06 and found the room to be excellent. Unlike many hotels the room we stayed in contained a kitchen, which included all you'd need to prepare meals for yourself. There was a note left on the side which said staff would be happy to do your shopping for you, if you'd write a shopping list. As far as I could see this was a free service. The room was extremely comfortable. It contained all the usual furniture, but was rather small. On the plus side the pull out bed offered a great nights sleep, unlike many in other hotels.     Advantages Advantages Excellent location for exploring

    We stayed in the Renaissance in March and April of this year. The room was fantastic with a great view of Time Square - surprisingly quiet as well. All the memebers of staff we spoke to were really friendly.We wanted to upgrade our room as it was a special occasion but all the suites were booked - because of this the guy on reception gave us free breakfast vouchers instead! If you are looking for a hotel that is right in the heart of the action, this is the place to be! Its great for going out for a meal in the evening in TS as you don't have to worry about taxi's or transport. I would highly ... more
