The room was extremely comfortable. It contained all the usual furniture, but ... ...bed offered a great nights sleep, unlike many in other hotels.
The complimentory breakfast in the morning was wonderful and contained everything you'd need to set you up for the day. Whether you're after a full cooked breakfast, or just a quick bite you'd find it there, and wonderful surroundings to eat in too!

The room was extremely comfortable. It contained all the usual furniture, but was rather small. On the plus side the pull out bed offered a great nights sleep, unlike many in other hotels.

I should also include a little note about staff, who were, on the whole, brilliant. As an example: I was trying to find a place to get stamps from to send postcards, so asked the desk staff. They said they would normally be able to sell me some, but were all out, so I could leave them and they'd post them, free of charge! The only problem we had was with the bell staff on the way out, who weren't very efficient.
Overall a wonderful stay, although very pricey for the smallish room.

Advantages: Excellent location for exploring Disadvantages: None!
We stayed in the Renaissance in March and April of this year. The room was fantastic with a great view of Time Square - surprisingly quiet as well. All the memebers of staff we spoke to were really friendly.We wanted to upgrade our room as it was a special occasion but all the suites were booked - because of this the guy on reception gave us free breakfast vouchers instead!
