Keys to Tulsa (1997)

Advantages: James Spader playing a beer drinking tuff guy that sounds like Elvis.
Disadvantages: Eveything but the credits.

Don't Bother With The Keys of Tulsa.. Ill let you borrow some other keys... (This review was originaly posted in epinions.com on Dec 11 '05 and can also be found in associatedcontent.com and now also here..) "Keys to Tulsa" is just plain old bad. It's difficult to try to grind through trying to express its essence, because it does not have much of one. It is not easy to sit and talk about a film that is filled with no talent and is just plain old boring. That is probably the worst thing about this film, on top of all the uninspired storytelling and the over the top acting found in it.. it is just plain old boring. The only thing that is mildly entertaining about it is the presence of James Spader who plays Ronnie Stover (the bad fellow of this flick.. who is involved with the revenge part of the film) who we now can ...

Relax at the Renaissance Hamburg Hotel

Advantages: Great location and friendly welcome
Disadvantages: None

The Renaissance Hamburg Hotel is part of the worldwide Marriott chain and offers the excellent accommodations that you would expect from Marriott but with the flair that you would normally expect from the Renaissance team. As with other properties in this brand hotels are branded by Renaissance but owned and managed locally adding real local colour to the hotel. Booking: Book via the Marriott website, and they guarantee that you will get their cheapest rates (the best rate is usually from 110 euros (approx £60.00) per night) for a twin/double room. Many rates are available and most options come with or without breakfast. There are single rooms and double rooms (i.e. 1 king bed or two doubles) that would accommodate 2 or 4 respectively. In addition, the corner Junior Suites offer additional space and more often than not ...

Review of Renaissance Hamburg Hotel, Hamburg

5 Star Luxury starting at £20 a night! - Renaissance Kuala Lumpur

Advantages: Cheapest 5 star property in KL. Excellent western property. Great facilities and staff.
Disadvantages: Not as fresh as other 5* properties but at this price, who cares??!

When I first moved to Malaysia I didn?t realise how cheap the hotels were out there. It was only once I got talking to the locals did I realise how cheap you could holiday for in Kuala Lumpur. A good 4* hotel room could be as cheap as £15 a night! I soon decided to investigate this further and look at what you could actually get for your £ in this amazing city. When I lived in Malaysia I lived about 1hr from Kuala Lumpur in a small town. On the weekends KL is where it was ?at? so I soon began staying in hotels there for the weekend. My first foray into the KL hotel scene was with the Renaissance, a good western brand that is part of the Marriott group. In September 2005 I decided to give the Renaissance a go and here is my story. Booking Before I booked I spoke to the hotel reservations team directly to discuss the differences in ...
