Advantages: Your Florence experiance will be complete by seeing this attraction. Disadvantages: NONE
, for the bell tower and the Dome, with the Catherdral it self being Free entry , if you were to do all of the sites i could would probably be no more than 25 euros. I think most parts are open daily 8:30-7:30 apart from sundays wich they are closed.
My verdict -
I went to florence for a weekend break last summer and seen most of the major attractions but by far "il duomo" was the most breath taking and amazing site i saw. It was funny because florence is so built up you can walk around the corner and it can become out of site , as we were following directions to the duomo. You can hardley see it intill it is right in front of you. Which i think made the impact even bigger. The beauty of the Duomo and sheer size almost brought a tear to my eye. It captures your mind as you slowly walk around it in awe. Definiately a must see for anyone going to ...

Il Postino (1994)
Director: Michael Radford
Stars: Philippe Noiret, Massimo Troisi, Maria Grazia Cucinotta
Not to be confused with the wholly inferior Kevin Costner vehicle with the same name (Il Postino means "The Postman" - US title), this charming Italian language film won an Academy Award for Original Music Score and was nominated for five other awards including Best Director, Best Actor (Massimo Troisi) and Best Picture.
The film is based on an adaptation of a Spanish language novel, Ardiente Paciencia by Antonio Skarmeta and is based partly on real life events that happened to the 1971 Nobel Prize for Literature winning poet, Pablo Neruda. Neruda (1904-1973), known as el poeta del amor (the poet of love), famed for his beautiful love poetry, and was also famous for his political poetry and activism ...

Advantages: Fantastic album,no "bad" songs, excellent voices Disadvantages: None if you like the combination opera-pop
and the divine voices of the Il Divo made this song one of my favourites in the album.*****
Nella Fantasia
Ennio Morricone and Il Divo! Fantastic song. It takes you away. In this song, the voice of David stands out! What a voice!*****
Passera
Another Italian song that if you allow it, it can take you to the narrow roads of Florence and Venice. Very romantic song. I liked it very much.****
Everytime I look at you
Romance in all its grace. Soothing song, that took me away as well. In this song the voice of Sebastian stands out more. I think Sebastian is the less opera-voice of the band and can do really well as a solo pop singer.****
Ti Amero & Dentro Un Altro Si
Time for Urs to show us what his voice's like and what a result in both songs! He has a great voice ,powerfull and steady. These songs were so relaxing, so comforting. Really ...
