Disadvantages: Not much in the area

WE stayed at the Andover Premier Travel Inn for 2nights at the beginning of September2006. The hotel looked and smelt new, a strangely comforting/pleasant feeling. We stayed in a family room which although basic, was a very good size - large and spacious. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms and the general cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom was of a very good standard, as expected of a big hotel chain. Reception Staff where friendly and helpful and where able to give directions and information about the local area, which was useful. The hotel is connected to a Brewers Fayre Pub/restaurant, which although we didn't get a chance to eat there looked very nice and having looked at a menu which was conveniently placed in the room, the prices seemed very good! Impressed by Holiday Inn Express!

Advantages: Cheapish, comfortable, clean and new
Disadvantages: on a ringroad - but not a problem really

This was my first ever experience of a Holiday Inn Express Hotel, but having stayed at this hotel recently I am sure I will be using this chain again. I found the Holiday Inn Express Cheltenham to be excellent value for money,very clean, well situated and with all the elements for a peaceful and agreable overnight stay. Location: The hotel is situated right in the centre of Cheltenham, a town which is on the edge of the Cotswolds and an agreable destination in its own right. The hotel was easily found being opposite "The Brewery", a new food and retail development that is well sign posted. The building is very new looking and plastered white - the Holiday Inn Express new logo makes it easy to spot. Review of Express By Holiday Inn Cheltenham, Cheltenham

EXPRESS by HOLIDAY INN great for family value.

Advantages: Good location but not in City centre.
Disadvantages: None if booked for what it is for.

We were to attend a Family Wedding, the reception to be held at the Marriott Hotel Peterborough. Needed a good value Hotel for the group and found this Hotel was just across the road from the Marriott. Booked thru BOOKING.COM and got three rooms. 1 Double, 1 Room for two adults and one child, 1 Room for two adults and two children. The Room prices were all the same £45 per night, with breakfast. Children sharing a room with two adults come free. We were staying two nights Friday and Saturday as wedding was at 12 o'clock so did not want to rush on the Sat morning. We wre due to arrive at 8 Fri Evening, I emailed this to the hotel and received a swift reply that this had been noted on our reservation.
