Advantages: nice scenery & architecture, fine cuisine, great shops, very relaxing place Disadvantages: nothing REALLY spectacular in a country full of attractions

Advantages: Not far from Milan Disadvantages: None
...Como is situated at the end of the Lake of Como, surrounded by high mountains. It is not far from Milan and it well linked to it by bus and train, with Ferrovie Nord, a privately owned company. You may want to go to Como to see the lake, the town iteself is worth a quick visit. In summer you can bath somewhere in the lake, if you have a car and can go along the shoreline. You can also go to the mountains or the near Switzerland, as many locals do, to buy cheaper petrol, chocolate and cigarettes. tHERE IS A NICE VILLA IN cOMO YOU CAN VISIT, BUT i DO NOT REMMEmber the name, but you should find it on any guide book....
