Advantages: Central, cheap, quiet Disadvantages: Small rooms, no on -site restaurant
...This Hotel is close to the centre of Paris, and at less than £20 a night is a marvellous find. Close to many of the grands magasins, as well as hundreds of colourful individual shops, it is a perfect base from which to explore Paris.
Although the hotel rooms were not the most spacious ever encountered, all were en-suite and cleaned thoroughly everyday. Covered in posters from various 'spectacles', and with a parrot in residence in the foyer, l'Hotel des Arts was truly welcoming and well worth visiting. Local restaurants - of many different nationalities - were cheap and the friendliness of this part of Paris cannot be underestimated. Although the hustle and bustle of Parisian life was at the end of the street, the enclosed nature of the road meant that noise wasn't a problem.
All in all a cheap, friendly place to stay in Paris...

Advantages: Superb Facilities, Excellent Price, Lions on show! Disadvantages: None.
...Las Vegas is synonymous with many things including opulence, splendour, outrageous facilities and everything "larger than life". Price, is one thing that is usually not associated with Las Vegas, however. Nevertheless, the MGM Grand Casino can now finally put that expensive reputation to rest.
The MGM Grand is officially the second largest hotel in the world and offers superb facilitied, excellent sized rooms with superb levels of cleanliness and very helpful staff. The Casino itself is wonderful, as expected along with a vast array of restaurants with many resident super chefs.
Along with all this you have the added bonus of an area where you can see real life lions who are in fact descendents of the original MGM lions!
Overall a superb hotel and a superb experience.
Highly recomended....

Advantages: beautiful, good snow record, sunny, begginner to intermediate, family resort, quiet, friendly Disadvantages: old lift system, limited runs,
...Great snow conditions in this resort normally between mid February to mid march for the best powder. A southerly facing resort means it benefits from plenty of sunshine too so make sure to take your sun block!
La Rosiere, named so because of its gorgeous pink sunsets, is a smaller and upcoming resort which both benefits and detracts in its appeal. Basically it is a fine place for beginners and intermediates to learn and improve but if you are a seasoned skier there are only about 7 blacks in the whole France/ Italy ski area and even those cannot be regarded as real blacks being narrower rather than steep to gain this title. The views you get here are breathtaking, you can see right up the valley to the dam in Tignes, Les Arc's is directly opposite La Rosiere on the other side of the valley and from the Fort you can see the tip of Mount...

We stayed at the MASSIVE MGM Grand for a few days this time last year.

I'm a big scaredy cat of Resident Evil from Day 1 when we first bought Resident Evil Nemesis for Playstation One. From that day on, I only watch my sister play. But still, being in the audience is just as exciting and gets you to the edge of your seat as more
