My wife and myself said to each other that this must be a place with character. We were not wrong it ... ...from that the rooms are lovely , clean and the location is perfect right about 100 metres from the Ramblas and right on the bus route from the airpor. Our kids just loved Maria's cat.
We stayed in the apartments section that has been newly renovated ,I would say with 2 or three star hotel amenities. Pretty good and cheap. We paid 75 euros per night for all of us.
