Residencial Pao de Acucar, Porto

I have stayed at the Pao de Acucar twice and have enjoyed it both times. It has a fantastic art deco staircase and art deco furniture in the lobby and also in the rooms. The rooms vary, some have very old fashioned (art deco?) bathrooms - we had one with a giant boiler over the bath! Great central location, they can arrange parking at the garage down the road if you want which is an experience when you come to pick your car up (you might find it parked in the tightest space you've ever seen up a steep ramp, but if your concerned then will bring it down to the entrance for you - it is just so ... more
