...you will get every drinks over here, but the local drink over here is Feni which is made from Cashewnuts. So if want to try something different then do try it, Goan feni is quite Famous. Hotels - There are good hotels to stay in goa to name a few which i know are Taj Exotica Goa Marriot Goa Resort The Leela Goa Oceanic Hotel and so on, there are other cheaper hotels as well. But the most cheapest place to stay are the rooms offered by the locals out there, they let the rooms in thier houses which compared to Hotels is much Cheaper if you planning to go on a long visit. The places which you should not miss are Candolim Beach - you should visit White Horse Shack you all will have a great time there. ...Facts for the visitor, Prices: £ 900 for two people, 7 nights in 3 * Oceanique beach resort, Colva beach. Flight times: 8.5 hours (out) 11 hours!!! (back).... there was avery strong head wind the whole way back!! To start Goa is a beautiful place that is although a little bit longer a flight very accesible from Europe and well worth the trip. The weather is perfect most of the year round, ( the whole time we where there we saw no clouds at all and the temp never dropped below 30 C during the day every day!!!!) It is amazinlgy cheap in pretty much all places apart from the all inclusive five star resorts. The shopping is great and you can get alot of really usful things really cheaply!! Advantages: Excellent Resort

...Over the years we have stayed at numerous hotels throughout Goa and this was our second visit to the Nanu Resort within the past two years. I must say that this is one if not the very best 3 star hotels in Goa. All of the staff are extremely friendly, polite and very attentive and have been trained to very high standards, better than some of the 4 star hotels we have stayed at in the past. Nothing is too much trouble for them and if they are unable to assist you personally, they will immediately find someone who can help you. The cleanliness throughout the hotel and general appearance of the resort itself is also to a very high standard for Goan hotels. All rooms are air-conditioned and also have a fan and multi-channel TV. Towels and bed lined are changed daily and are beautifully soft and clean, not grey and hard as some other... Read review
