Air Canada - ACA

Air Canada has all the makings of an excellent airline, but the attitude that seems to filter down to all levels of employees makes them one of the least impressive airlines I've ever experienced. I travel economy, so the review covers my experience in the economy section of the airline. Because of their elitist nature, I imagine that flying first class is a top notch experience. I try not to fly Air Canada whenever I can get a comparable rate on ...

I have been an international flyer to the states and Canada for the last 15 years. and find them extremely reliable. when flying from LHR to LGA i always get the 9pm flight from heathrow. this allows me to overnight in Toronto and get up fresh and active. ...

I have recently flown Air Canada to Toronto from Birmingham via Frankfurt. I thought the airline would treat as well after our previous journey with the carrier from london to Vancouver. But once aboard the flight and half way up the runway they decide to delay the flight because of a broken television (for health & safety reasons). when I flew by Air Canada I was amazed by the service or rather lack of it. The food is very bad both for breakfast or lunch. The portions are very small which is a blessing really and as for bringing drinks round regularly, well 3 times in a 9 hour flight. The service is surly and rude. Air Canada isn't that bad of an airline. The service is very good and the pricesd are reasonable. I mainly flew long haul flights from Canada to Britian and I found that it wasn't that bad of a flight. The in board entertainment was good and I enjoyed my flight. So if you are wondering were you are going to go and what airline company you are going to commit your hard earned dollars to then I highly recommend this comanmy. Air Canada is a good company but the recent stikes from the airline pilot were a lot of trouble. But overall, the service was pretty good and acceptable. It wasn't the best like the american ailines companies which give the best of the best but acceptable. The food is eatable and the service pretty good. ...safe choice after previoulsy flying Air Canada, i was still recovering from the nightmare which began all over again once i found out that it was being operated by them! But i was proved wrong as Ar Canada didn't delay, cancel our flight but had to make an ermergency landing in Toronto because of a reason my dad wouldn't tell me. We spent a night in Toronto and were off the next day but were delayed 5 hours because of a severe storm on the West Coast. ...
