We stayed here for a long weekend about a year ago. I knew we made the right decision when we arrived before check in and the hotel made the room available immediately! We found the staff so helpful and friendly and their english was excellent. We did not have a clue as to where to start from or where to eat and they were so helpful in recommending places to go and a map was given to us too!
It is a very small hotel but it is nicely decorated ( ... ...well with Venice's history and culture) and the rooms were perfect ( Beds very comfy). We had a juliette balcony overlooking the street , must say the view wasn't exactly picturesque but it felt like being part of the real residential Venice. We had a minibar which was very well stocked and prices reasonable. The bathroom was basic but very clean. We could also regulate the room temperature which was handy as it must have been the coldest january ...
