Advantages: Close to City Centre and overlooks River Cam
Disadvantages: Rooms need the same treatment the communal areas have had.

Arundel House Hotel is on Chesterton Road, directly overlooking the River Cam and only a 5 minute walk from Cambridge City Centre. It has been developed from a row of terraced houses and whilst this doesn't take away from it as a whole it does affect the setting out of the interior of the hotel - mainly corridors, rooms and bathrooms. Advantages: Location, friendly, clean and comfortable.
Disadvantages: Carpet in the toilet and out dated decor in the rooms.

The hotel is conveniently situated within a 5 minute walk of the centre of Cambridge I stayed here with my husband as a birthday treat for 2 nights in March. We had a twin bedded room at the front of the hotel which gave us a lovely view of the River Cam and Jesus Green.
