I booked both about one month before we flew and it came to about £75 per person for both flights (departing and return). I was travelling with Bmi Baby for many times to Prague, Czech republic. It takes around 2 hours there so it isnt too long and you can stand it easily. They are one of cheaper airlines but somethimes annoy me so much... The first and the biggest problem for me is that nowadays its impossible to buy a ticket online. Had my first BMI flight from Glasgow to Heathrow and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I have never used this airline before but will definitely use them again. Unfortunately, the flights were booked by someone else so I can't really comment on how easy it was to book these but i'd imagine it would be much the same as easyjet or ryanair. BEWARE : the BMIBABY hold luggage standard size is smaller than that of RyanAir / Easyjet etc.. so although you may be used to your regular hold luggage going on other flights without problems, BMIBABY will charge you £30 for the pleasure of carrying it ! If you do online checkin, you will only realise this once you are at the boarding gate, and the BMIBABY staff bring out a "tester frame" significantly smaller than the regular ones (my bag passed ...

...great for us. Both BMI Baby and Easyjet have regular flights out to various destinations, in my most recent 3 flights I have travelled with BMI Baby. Flying to Edinburgh, Paris & Knock are all the less than 1 hour 'hops' by plane and all have been extremely enjoyable and I must congratulate BMI on there service through. The staff have all been friendly, the planes etc tidy and the flight costs have all been bargains - try getting to these places ...

I found BMIbaby was realy easy to book and pay for from their website, it took no time at all and the confirmation was sent straight to me. When i arrived at the airport i found all of the staff were friendly and helpful and there were no ques at the check in desk. The signing for my flight was clear and easily seen which was great as it was my first time flying alone (daunting for the most confident of people). People should also be made aware of ...

Just got back from Prague a day late after BMI cancelled a flight. We managed to get a free transfer to the next-day's flight, but no hotel offered, no refreshments apart from a £2.50 voucher. Should be able to claim mush of it all back from insurance, but to have zero support from the airline and it's agents is pretty crap. I know things can go wrong with planes, but I'm really quite shocked at the lack of support there-after. 14 hour delay with bmi no body to talk to no one cares have to write a letter of complaint no one to speak to over the telephone. no compensation no nothing.would never fly with these again no never ever.Poor customer service cramped seats. a 14 hour delay from barcelona to birmingham with no sleep over night no hotel is just not funny!BMI responce was very unsatisfactory even wrote to the MD what a waste of a stamp!They may be cheap but who wants to spend 14 hours in a airport overnight and they dont even want to give you a food voucher.
