...The most recent being The Bedford Oasis Beach Pool, which we came across on a recent search on the internet.
The internet site was very informative and the photographs displayed looked very inviting, and wanting to amuse the children as well as fit in a little ‘normal’ swimming this seemed to fit the bill very nicely.
Although it was a little further afield we arrived in less time than we expected, driving at a steady pace on a fine ... ...pneumonia set it. We will definitely be going back!!!

Advantages: modern pool with lots of fun Disadvantages: kids lunch boxes
...then the oasis pool at Bedford is a great place to go.
I would stay clear of the flume of doom though, its mega fast and you get the felling you could fly out of the slide at any moment- which I guess is the whole point of the doom. The yellow slide is much nicer and the little river was fun too.
The waves we good but they only stayed on for 2-3 minutes every half hour during the kids crazy session. The only thing I would change is the beach cafe ... ...for it ...HALF A SANDWICH. Yes that's right half a sandwich.
So you dudes in Bedford a sandwich should be-
1. Two or more slices of bread with a layer of meat, fish, cheese, etc., between each pair.
Next time i think i will pack a picnic . ...
