We stayed at the Bellevue Hotel during August 2007; the price was 387 euros for 3 nights. Overall we had a very pleasant stay at the Bellevue, and the central location is ideal for exploring Amsterdam - the hotel is situated just a few minutes from Centraal Station.
Room: The Bellevue is a very clean and bright hotel - our room was very modern and clean, with comfortable beds (2 twins pushed together for a double, might bother some), a flat screen ... ...can't comment on that, though the restaurant was nice.
Overall, the Bellevue is a very good hotel and ideal for a short stay in the city. While there may be better hotels, with double beds and bigger rooms, this hotel offers good value for money for a central location. ...

Our room was of a very good standard and even came complete with flat screen tv and beautifully clean and crisp linen. The bathroom had an intergrated bath and shower. Our room also had cable TV, radio, telephone, data port, light blocking curtains and hair dryer (which was just ok, not as strong as you would get at home). There was a safety deposit box, double glaze windows, isolated, ... ...with chair. We also had a suitcase stand nand the door was fire-retardant. The room was also fitted with a smoke alarm.

The cost that I paid for this hotel was £50 per night for a double room.
Breakfast was extra and cost 10 Euros per person per day.

This hotel has been newly renovated and it was worth every penny. I have to mention the staff which i found to be extremely courteous. ...
