Advantages: Clean, nice rooms - amazing views from roof top balcony
Disadvantages: 24 Hour coffee bar was actually a vending machine!!

The Bentley Hotel -- 500 East 62nd Street at York Ave I have two very strong words for this hotel ... under rated and under priced. This is one of my favorite hotels in NYC. I stayed there is August of 2001 under unpleasant circumstances and, to me, it by far the best hotel I have stayed in. ...and eventually plumped for the Bentley as it was well situated and looked pretty cool on its website - the attraction of its 'roof-top restaurant' was a clincher. Also, the majority of reviews that I read seemed to give it a thumbs-up.
