Advantages: Friendly staff, Close to the city, very clean Disadvantages: Heating was on full blast!
We stayed Friday - Sunday. We had no children with us, so can't comment on whether it was family friendly, but there were children staying in the hotel.
The hotel is very easy to find on the outskirts of the City. Plenty of parking, although I understand it can get busy when there are events on.
We were sent to the wrong room to start with but the staff were extremely sorry and helpful. The lift wasn't working but again staff checked more than ... ...is plesant and spacioust and open throughout the day for food or drinks. There is a 24 hour room service aswell. We were very impressed with the Hotel restaurant. The food was lovely and came without much delay. We ate 3 course meal in the evening (about £30) and full breakfasts (£13.50)
A short walk into Canterbury where the shops are great, and the bars and lots of touristy things to see.
