I stayed here when we were passing through, the hotel is very easy to find as its just off the M6. We hadn't booked a room so we went in off the off chance and there was availability. The car park is quite big, no trouble finding a space. There were alot of poeple staying there as well. Its a big hotel and the staff are all nice and very welcoming, we always saw staff cleaning and always doing something, never stood around talking. We had room service, ... ...with tea/coffee and orange juice. The room was gorgeous and very quite even though its close to M6, we didn't hear traffic noise, We had a double bed which was comfy and it was more of a king size bed than a double. The cleaners knocked at our door at 9.00 to see if they could come in and clean and she was nice talking to us about our stay etc. We decided to stay there until after dinner, there dinner was lovely, couldn't fault it, my partner had ...
