Advantages: Good location, close to Oxford Street without the expensive Oxford Street hotel prices Disadvantages: Minor annoyances that could simply be resolved or attended to in a more customer-friendly manner
I recently stayed at this hotel along with my husband and two year old daughter. We needed to be located nearby the US Embassy and really wanted the closest thing to a stress-free travel experience as possible. (We were travelling to London from the northwest via Euston Station.) Our daughter still is able to sleep in a travel cot and the hotel provided us with a family suite which is slightly larger than a double room so that the cot would fit in ... ...for £50 per night plus VAT by phoning the hotel and quoting their special room rate for a double from their website. This did not include breakfast, though we didn't find this a problem. The hotel does offer a continental breakfast, but is pricey at about £8 per person. Advantages: Minutes walk to Oxford Street, Tube & Hyde Park! Disadvantages: Moody receptionists
...is a must try!!! The best Indian Restaurant! I heard its owned by Sir Michael Caine so its good! And prices are reasonable as well.
There is also a breakfast room where you can get full breakfast which is open seven days a week and the best things is .... you will never guess what it is :) SAUSAGES!!! they have over 50 different kind of sausages from about 20 countries! can u imagine? So in temrs of food - there is a great variety to suit everybody's ... ...already mentioned - bar tenders are great! so is all the other catering and house keeping staff. As for receptionists... its ok but could be better. The problem is that they never smiled when we were there and were always in a rush and stressed out!
The rooms are great! Clean and well furnished. There is a 24h room service as well for your convenience. Television, Internet, Hairdryer, Trouser Press etc. all this you should have in your room.

...this is one of the best hotels in hotel london and has great accamadation for both families at being to and couples. The staff here are great and are always willing to help. A great service in all. It is in an excellent location, located just outside of london, while not being to far away from the main tourist attractions.
