Advantages: Lots of shops Disadvantages: Crowded food courts
Bluewater is a great place. A lot of thought went into this. Just put straight into an old quarry, good planning, as it probably wouldn't be used for a while, also plenty of space for car parks.
It is also near the major road so it is quite easy to access. It also looks nice from the outside and inside.
Fairly big place, with hundreds of shops. Bad thing however is that the type of shops don't accomadate everyone. I went there hoping to buy loads ... ...but only had a bottle of coke and a magazine. Mainly expensive clothes and elctrical stores. Most items were very expensive, and you'd probably only go there if you have something specific to buy.
Quite a new place, so it is quite clean, and the food area is excellent but very crowded and lacks enough seating. ...

ALL OF THEM! From Thorntons to Morgan to Next to Past Times. Take your Visa and lots of money and off you go! Be prepared to spend the whole day, too...you wonīt want to leave! Itīs so HUGE! We love shopping, but it was real work in the end, to even walk through ...

...looks like) But Bluewater had exactly what we were looking for from our own local Shops the flagship stores such as O'Neill and Animal with there products at reasonable price for a change. Also Shops like the Mercedes Benz store and Land Rover shop caught our intrest as these are also the kind of shops you dont normally see in shopping centers. We even managed to find somewhere to watch the Republic beat Saudi Aradia in the World Cup. All in all ...

Advantages: Easy to get to, sooo many shops Disadvantages: Huge and takes so long to walk around one floor you can't be bothered to do the other floor
Bluewater is my favourite place in the whole world. It consists of two floors set out in a triangle so its easy to walk around without missing anything and it is quite difficult to get lost!
Its very easy to get there as there are so many buses going in and out frequently. You can also get the train there and a bus goes every 10 minutes (price included in your train ticket) from Greenhithe station and takes about two minutes to get to bluewater. ... ...you can think of in bluewater with the more expensive shops upstairs and the ones for finding bargains in on the ground floor. They also have three main department stores; Marks and Spencers, John Lewis and House of Fraser on each corner of the "triangle". For a list of shops I recommend their website www.bluewater.co.uk.
Aside from shops they have the Water Circus consisting of bars, restaurants and a big luxury cinema which is more expensive than ...

...of a mothers opinion of bluewater than an opinion on the shops within it.
I have used Bluewater frequently since I started my maternity leave in 2000. Bluewater is wonderfully designed for nursing mothers and mothers with toddlers.
In every section there is available a number of baby changing areas and also private rooms with rocking chairs where u can feed your child. As a nursing mother who was never very good at public feeding as I always felt ... ...a toddler, I still find Bluewater very convenient. During the day there is plenty of room for them to run around with out getting in peoples way. Also the food halls have a fair choice of food for them, as do the major stores. Again I would reccomend John Lewis, pricey but they get a good balanced meal there.
Parking is great, wide enough bays and u are never far from an entrance.
I believe they have a creche available but can't comment on it as ...

Crowds hassel and noise are the hallmarks of bluewater. No parking jossling screaming kids and not being able to but what you want are my pervading memories of this place. So much for convenience. May be I was having a bad day or maybe I have lost touch with city life and the pace was too much for me or maybe I am getting old but this was not a pleasant experience.
It seems like a good idea to have all your high street stores out of town and under ...
