Exterior appearance very nice. First impressions typical two star hotel.
Spent Christmas 2008 5 day break, staff unfriendly, unhelpful and sometimes rude. Room comfortable but cramped, needed good clean. Food quality average, constantly running out of supply to buffet selection, cramped conditions in restaurant, again, restaurant staff
untrained and unhelpful. Breakfast tea and coffee served in flasks and left on tables from 7.00am. Overall staff were untrained or unable to clear the tables of dishes quickly so that remainder of meal could be continued. Our dinner supposed to include coffee and mints but the staff did not serve coffee or tea as expectted. We got fed up with waiting for service and left the restaurant. Overall unimpressed. occasio

First impressions quite grand hotel and surroundings. We spent 5 day coach holiday for Christmas. Room comfortable but needed a good clean. Two small a wardrobe, cramped and not suitably furnished for room size. Restaurant too cramped for buffett style meals, servery constantley running out of food. Dinner main Meal one choice plus vege meal. Staff untrained and unhelpful. Breakfast tea and coffee served in flasks and left on tables. compares to motorway services. Very poor entertainment in events room near swimming pool, long walk from restaurant . Christmas spirit not in evidence from staff. Very dissatisfied with chaotic organisation. Would not consider returning to Bosworth Hall Hotel! Market Boswoth very nice area.

£85 for the room - so guess we were expecting a little something special.. Staff - grumpy or sould I say very amateur. We stayed for 1 night with our 16 month old. Room up 3 flights of stairs, lift was not working - they never even told us there was a lift! Ok so there were 3 weddings going on - which I have to say made no difference to us, very quiet and no hassle. Walking along the coridoors the sofas really needed a good clean - entering our room ...
