Britannia, Sorrento

I organised a trip from work for a a party of 42 adults. We stayed for 3 nights The hotel turned out to be up a fairly steep hill about 10 mins walk from the town and 25 mins from the railway station. There is however a bus stop on bus route 'A' outside the hotel.. The rooms at the hotel do vary. The basement rooms have no views and bars on the windows. The front facing rooms (which i stayed in) have a fantastic view across the bay of Naples towards ...
...is noisy 24 hours a day, and yes it did disturb our sleep. The rear rooms face a brickwall but are the quietest and coolest. No rooms have air conditioning some have a fan. Some rooms have showers others a bath.My room had a bath with a hand held shower but the bath plug did'nt fit the bath!!! Towels were supplied but were more like table clothes. Most rooms have a telly but there are only Italian channels available.No tea or coffee making facilities ...
