    Advantages Advantages Well laid out store - it easy to find location

    Disadvantages Disadvantages is rather expensive

    Brown Thomas is one of the spots that has to visited while in Dublin city. It is an amazing store with everyting you can imagine under one roof - the Harrods of Ireland. It stocks all the top brands of cosmetics, clothes , and everything else you can imagine ( I was only interested in these departments ) Don't plan to browse around this store in 5 minutes - be prepared to spend hours browsing around - and make sure you have loads of money on you - or lese have a good credit card with a open limit. It is located on Grafton Street so its easy to find among the numerous other stores in the city ... more

    I write this because, every consumer should know what Brown Thomas do to customer: I bought a chloe paddington bag from Brown Thomas on 3 March 2006 by mail order. I sent money by bank transfer to Brown Thomas bank account and then they sent me a chloe paddington bag to my home in France. but, bag was faulty. Normaly, there is [ Chloe MADE IN ITALY ] logo inside the bag on the leather parts. but in this bag, there was [ hloe DE IN ITALY ] logo. it was actualy whole letter [C] is missing and letter [ h ] was 1/3 missing. and also [MA] letter is missing. remenber there are lots of fake ... more

    Disadvantages Disadvantages I would prefer that the handbags and shoes were sold on the same floor as the clothing because the store in Galway sold them on bottom floor with the perfume and make up counters.

    Hi, I would just like to say while visiting Brown Thomas for the first time I thought it very reasonably priced. My friend and I both bought a Diamonty G-String for 21.00 euro only to find later that the same G-String was being sold in a magazine at 26.00 pounds. So we both were delighted with our bargains. I also have seen a lovely jewellery box which I am trying to buy but have not yet had the chance to get back down to Brown Thomas as there isn't a shop in Belfast unfortunetly. I loved testing out the different ranges of perfumes and now want one of those as well. Although I understand that ... more
