...have some lovely memories of Butlins Skegness and Clacton as a child, I also enjoyed staying at Butlins Skegness, Minehead, and the Butlins hotel in Brighton and Margate later in life when my children were growing up. We booked our holiday to Butlins through the sun newspaper using one of those holidays from just £9.50 per person with the additional charge of £60 which covers entertainment passes and bed linen etc, it cost us a total of £98 for 5 days (mon - fri) - this was two adults and two children and a baby sneaked in for free. We were allocated a standard two beroomed apartment which you can upgrade before the start of your holiday if you wish but we didn't ...

Having just returned from Butlins at Skegness I thought I would write about our experience! This is based around having young children under the age of 5! Butlins at Skegness is on the A52 road and is very well signed posted to find it! It's not far from Maplethorpe! It says in the brochure that you can see the main pavilion from 7 miles away.
