Advantages: useful website
Disadvantages: not so cheap

I'm happy with the service Carjet provided me, but on my last bookings I have noted that, this year Carjet does not have the cheap prices as past years. Have used car jet 4 times - Malaga - Menorca - Mallorca. Found them to be very good on each occasion and VERY competitive.

Advantages: apparently cheap
Disadvantages: hidden charges and poor service

I used to use Carjet and recomment them to friends but not any more. The site looks very professional and offers email support-but no email contact address! Their cheap all-inclusive prices are'nt! They have changed to a full-to-empty rental policy and when you complain they say it is an industry standard. Not true-I checked with the two biggest in the world and they operate full- to- full. Disadvantages: Long time to book in, poor information, car plastered with large rental sticker

We have used Carjet previously without any problems (via Crown at Malaga airport). However, we rented with Carjet in March and our booking was placed with Goldcar Europa. Awfull experience! Took them ages to sort out paperwork, then we had to pay for a full tank of fuel (which we hardly used!) When I eventually found the car I could not get it started. Advantages: Very competitively priced, cars new or very good condition, very easy to hire
Disadvantages: Don't always get the car ordered, but substitutes are as good or better

I have been using CarJet for five years now in mainland Spain, Teneriffe, Portugal and Italy and have never had any problems. I have always found the staff courteous and helpful, cars in good condition and the price very competitive or cheaper than competitors. Hiring can be pre-booked through the internet which saves a lot of time at arrival. Pre-booking can usually also result in an additional 10% discount on their already low prices. An additional ...
