Advantages: close proximity to centre of city and public transport system. Disadvantages: front facing rooms could be a little noisy from the busy road outside.
spent 3days at the carlton around valentines day . Having read that the front rooms of the hotel can be a little noisy from traffic etc. I phoned reception a couple of days before, and asked if we could be allocated a rear facing room--- This was duly done with no problem.
