Advantages: close proximity to centre of city and public transport system. Disadvantages: front facing rooms could be a little noisy from the busy road outside.
spent 3days at the carlton around valentines day . Having read that the front rooms of the hotel can be a little noisy from traffic etc. I phoned reception a couple of days before, and asked if we could be allocated a rear facing room--- This was duly done with no problem. The room itself was of a good size, with a small sitting area, and a good sized bathroom. the twin beds were very comfortable. The inclusive breakfast was of a good quality and ...
