Carluccio’s opened their 61st outlet in Chichester in September last year. We were due to dine there in October, but we had to cancel as I had a stinking migraine. We finally got around to rebooking our long overdue meal there at the end of January. For those who have never heard of the chain, Carluccio’s is a range of Italian style “caffès” that were originally developed ten or so years ago by Antonio Carluccio and his wife Priscilla.
