You can often get yourself some bargains in ... ...is definitely during the august fiestas. Two weeks of events everyday such as music concerts and parties in the streets. When the fiestas open, everyone amasses in casco viejo.. Great atmosphere and definitely recommended. Go to bilbao, you certainly won't be short of things to see and do!! ...
