Changi does hold a nice spot in the day or night for soem time on the beaches. People go there on weekends with their families as well to the beach near the village for some camping or fishing. Transexuals hang out at the dead of night around the village waiting ... ...be able to tell if they are transexuals and will most probably think they were females. Changi is good for some - adventure - like sports : canoeing, water skiing, wake boarding and the works so it really is up to you to decide if its worth the day trip. ...

Advantages: The sea??? Disadvantages: It's pretty obvious.
Changi Village as a tourist spot. I wonder why. In all the books about Singapore that I have read, I never knew anything about Changi Village as a tourist spot. The only thing I know about Changi Village is that it is near the sea and that it is the the place where 'gays' love to frequent.
