Advantages: Excellent for safe family holidays,luxury spacious apartments,superb pools,on-site English restaurant,friendly multilingual reception office,close to Old town Albufeira. Disadvantages: Some apartments are not south facing.
Club Albufeira is ideal for a family holiday being safe and fun for children.Portuguese law prohibits dogs on the Club and the pools in Summer time have lifeguard supervision.
We were lucky enough to have had a south facing apartment enabling us to stay with the sun on our balcony, whilst others were in the shadows of the evening.
Our apartment was really something special -spacious,clean and luxurious.Just about everything we needed was there-towels,duvets,all ... ...was not essential as the Club Albufeira provided a free shuttle bus four times daily to the Old Town Albufeira with its beautiful beaches. We did rent one however for a few days of our holiday to visit some of the other magnificent beaches nearby.
My hubby was in his element as he could leave us at the pool while he bombed off to play golf! The Club Albufeira gave him discounted rates for some of the local golf clubs.
All in all I would recommend ...
