The Corus hotel is based at Lancaster Gate, London. Rather nicely it sits opposite Hyde Park which gives you an opportunity to spend some relaxing time of a morning or evening. This hotel ideally located in the centre of London and is perfect for whether you are staying the capital for business for for pleasure. The central location means that it is extremely close to all of the capitals main attractions. Very close to the westend, it is perfect if you want to go and see a show. Top price, bottom drawer At £130, it was top price (okay it was pre-Christmas), but for a tiny double room with remnants of a leak from above (or was it streaks of nicotine from its previous smoking room days?). When I look back at my stay in the hotel that is the thing that stands out my wife and I were in an "executive twin" which was one of the relatively fiew with air conditioning this mostly offset the fact that even in July the hotel was heateded like a sauna.
