The Crowne Plaza hotel in Liverpool is a good hotel to stay in if you want a city break at a quality hotel. The best thing about it is the location. ST. ...enough to stay in the Crowne Plaza Hotel, situated near the Albert Dock, right on the edge of the River Mersey. Little did I know that this was to be one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in, and I do a LOT of travelling!!! As soon as you drive into the car park, it hits you. ...Liverpool, we stay in the Crowne Plaza, it's as simple as that. The teletext offers are marvellous and great value for money, but only cover the weekend usually. Week day bookings are brisk- business people stay here (so if you can get your employer to pay, do so!) Anyway, my children LOVE staying here. From the moment we walk in, nothing is too much trouble for the staff, who are great. The leisure facilities are superb- swimming pool, jacuzzi, ...

The Crowne Plaza is a truly superb hotel. Its an absolute joy to stay there, modern build complemented by historical imagery throughout. The reception is beneath a circle glass ceiling, it gives such a welcome regardless of the British weather. The rooms are what you expect from the Crowne Plaza chain, part of holiday inn.
