    Advantages Advantages A beautiful with so much to see and gardens with so much to do

    Disadvantages Disadvantages It is much easier to visit by car as not that many buses travel that way.

    I have always loved the stately houses in Liverpool, but for the last 20 years Croxteth Hall has been my favourite. It belongs to the City Council now, as the last Earl died without children, so the house and money were left to the people of Liverpool with the council having the responsibility of running it. Since 1972 the council has had control and once they sold off half of the land for housing, the rest has been conserved and is open to the public.     Advantages Advantages Quiet, clean, well looked after

    Disadvantages Disadvantages toilets

    I live not to far from Croxteth Country Park and I visited the park for the first time in a while and was pleasantly surprised at how it had changed. The ponds had been cleaned and the place was tidy, There were people walking dog's, families playing, joggers and couples walking. The road into the park had been relaid and there was plenty of parking space. The walk upto the house was a pleasure its was very quiet considering the amount of traffic that uses the roads surrounding the park.
