Advantages: Very cheap alternative to a facepack for both sexes Disadvantages: THe stench - but you get used to it!

I discovered the location of the mud baths whilst on a boat trip down the Dalyan River. I noticed a horrible stench - like rotten eggs. Looking around the boat all the 'newbies' to the town were all looking around and probably thinking the same thing I was...... I was getting ready to be impressed when the captain of the boat shouted - "sulphur pools next to ... ...do on a trip to Dalyan - it is the mud bath. From reducing one's mental age to about three and thinking throwing mud pies is funny to the tingly skin for hours afterwards the experience is great.
Everytime I look at the photos of me and my girlfriend caked in mud I have to crack a smile. We have never been so dirty. ...

Advantages: Most Turkish hotels - Excellent Accommodation. Disadvantages: Food - not so good only in some places.
I was diagnosed and recommended to use ResMed (CPAP Trial) for Sleep Disorder last year (2006). The department staff including the Technician and the doctor were always very caring and helpful, although I had slight difficulty getting used to and sleeping with it. Anyway, I carried on using it until I went on a week's holiday to Turkey (I did take the machine along& used it there). I do appreciate all the help and support I received from all concerned, ... ...amazing experience in Turkey I felt that I didn't need to use it all. That amazing experience was the 'mud bath' at Daliyan near Marmaris in Turkey. Soaked myself for almost ½ the day, the day before returning to UK, and felt unnecessary both the days having the head-gear on. Since then I noticed that the breathlessness, tiredness and sleeplessness including other skin symptoms (a type of annoying itchy acnes around my neck) had for quite a while, ...
