At this point i should say, that i am a dedicated carnivore - i love eating meat and won't turn vegetarian, but this restaurant did a lot to make me doubt myself!! ...

*INTRO Quite simply, Demuths is exceptional. The premises, the decor, the staff, the ambiance are all very pleasing indeed, but above everything the food is extra special. As a vegetarian of nearly two decades, and a lover of food for far longer, the meal I had at Demuths was without question the best I have ever eaten. It was delicious.
