...so more I stumbled across Dial A Flight. Dial A Flights web site is basic to say the least, but then again if it comes up with the goods does it matter? It's easy to navigate around the site finding the information you want and their all important telephone number is literally on every page as well as the ABTA symbol. The phone lines are open from 8am -11pm and answered quickly! Dial A Flight do not just sell flights, they also sell packaged holidays ...
...did find off putting with Dial A Flight was the fact it only showed me the best fare available, sometimes the cheapest option is not the best when it comes to say having to change planes several times therefore I like to see a list of my options, also it's handy to be able to search by a particular airline etc - all of this you can not do online with Dial A Flight. I heard about Dial-a-Flight from a friend when I was trying to find a flight to Thailand. I looked on their web-site for their phone number and noticed it said "All calls answered immediately", yeah right I thought, we'll see. To my amazement when I phoned their answered it halfway through the first ring. I explained where and when I wanted to go and they gave me a few different options on flight times and explained the flight connextions to me ...

Have used dialaflight several times and they can certainly find deals that are not available to joe bloggs on the internet. Phones are always answered swiftly and staff are happy to call you back if the phone call turns into a longer one. I have booked flights severla times and recently flight and hotel. Dial a flight is incompetant, unorganised and has very little communication. Missed the flight because Rocky the dialaflight agent at croydon told me it was 45 minutes before gate closes and I thought that was funny cos normally it's 2 hours for internatonal flight. Rocky also told me I could return car empty to car hire and wouldn't get charged, found out on bank statement they took £48. When I contacted the manager at croydon branch I told him about Rocky saying 45 minutes before gate closes and GUESS WHAT, Rocky COMPLETELY DENIED IT! I will never go with this Backstreet getrichquick money making scam again. Strongly advise people to stay away from this company as they lie, steal your money and make you late! ...

Like phoning your best mate! Best customer service I've ever experienced. First time I used dial a flight i was pursuaded to pay £5 extra over Opodo for "some personal touch". I deal with the same agent (Joe) every time ever since, never have to give my details again and the deals i could not find on the interned suddenly appear available! Buying a flight ticket now a "Call Joe" experience. When it did go wrong (not their fault), they did their best to cut out losses and help as much as they could. ...

...family by the 'Experts' at dial a flight were not only extremely dirty but also in the red light district of town meaning we could not go out at night with our children and when asked if we could change, they refused to offer any help except for us to pay for the new hotels in full with no refund going towards the new hotel. ive been using dial a flight for 3 years now... always dealing with sean... and only sean! i cant big him up enough!!! he is friendly, helpful, and his prices are beyond compare... if you tell him a price you have been quoted, he will beat it... ill almost guarantee it. i now consider him a "friend", we chat about girlfriends etc and he is a genuinely nice man, one whom im happy to deal with, and will do again. price wise, he has consistently ...
...never had a problem with dial a flight... once my name was spelt wrongly, but one phone call to sean and it all was sorted. no problem at the airport etc... as i said hassle free i now will only deal with sean and i recommend everyone to do the same. sean... a real pleasure dealing with you... long may you reign ( and discount my ticket prices of course :P) ...
