I have been using Dial A flight for at least four occasions now, and i tend to get the same rep which is always helpful. He has always been very helpful, and often bent over backwards to find me a good deal. When i have given him prices from other operators, he has always managed to beat it, and advised me on different options to meet my needs. More recently i have been planning a large group booking, which being my second time doing so for my family, ... ...of them are asking for different types of accomodation, each have a different budget and some are starting off at different locations!!
My rep has managed to come up with a deal that suits all our pockets, which i have not been able to find elsewhere. I would definitely recommend using them, they are very friendly, helpful and competitive, so far!!

Advantages: ALTHOUGH YOU CAN GET THROUGHT TO THEIR OPERATORS BUT ITS IN THEIR INTEREST. Disadvantages: THEY ALWAYS F@#K SOMETHING UP, AND NEVER TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. I AM SO UPSET AND RATTLED. CRAP!!!!
...THE OUTCOME. UNTIL THEN DIAL A FLIGHT, I STRONGLY RECOMEND YOU HONOUR WHAT YOU QOUTED ME ON THE PHONE, AND I WILL TAKE OFF THIS POSTING AND WILL NOT POST AT EVERY MAJOR COMPARISON SITE ON THE INTERNET.
I AM SICK ON THESE PHONE UP BOOKING COMPANIES, I HAVE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH EVERY SINGLE BOOKING I'VE MADE AND DIAL A FLIGHT IS NO EXCEPTION. A MASSIVE THUMBS DOWN FOR YOUR SERVICE. YOU BLAMED THE AIRLINE FOR NOT GIVING ME GLUTON FREE MEAL WHEN ... ...NOT SEE GLUTON FREE.
AND WHEN I CHANGED MY TICKT YOU QOUTED ME £150 BUT CHARGED MY CC £306.25 WTF?

Advantages: great service and great deals Disadvantages: credit card charges of 1.9%
Booked 7 flights with dial a flight last year, each time i have been delt with extremely quickly and efficiently by the same operator each time. I normally ask for Joe and get put straight through.
I always come away feeling like I have been given the best deal and the I've never had a problem with a booking, even got an upgrade on one occasion.
Some of the deals I have been given have come with car hire or Hotel nights, In Cape Town I got 5 days ... ...lower price than expedia showed for a flight via Istanbul!
The last time I called they wshed me a happy new year and remembered all my last bokings, nice personal touch from Joe. I have sent his number to some friends as well, When I spoke to them about they to were really happy. see for yourself his number is 0207 816 1133. ...

Quick review of Dial A Flight
THE PERSON ABOVE WHO MENTIONED "SWINDON" IS NOT CORRECT AS the DIAL-AFLIGHT CALL CENTRE IS ACTUALLY IN KENT.
BUT IN THESE DAYS, OF E-TICKETING--SUCH THINGS ARE NOT VERY RELEVANT

Advantages: Contact with an agent Disadvantages: Website gives misleading prices
Dial A Flight is an online travel agent and the service is friendly and fast. But, do not pay any attention to the price that the website quotes you for the flight you are seeking. The website work likes EXpedia and Opodo by giving you the cost of the flight you are seeking when you run a search for a flight. Then you have to phone the call centre to book the flight. Its at this point that Dial A Flight lose my vote!
The price quotation you get ... ...the price shown online
Dial A Flight are certainly worth looking at when you are comparing flight costs it is highly unlikely that you will get a flight at the bargain price that is quoted on their website.
Perhaps the fairest thing to say would be that their service is good but the website is misleading and that the price the website quotes may very well not be available. So, don't start packing just yet! ...
